This is about my own personal experience that lead me to explore Face Yoga and it's many benefits.

It all started when I became ill, in my gut, in 2021 (not Covid), through a severe allergic reaction to sugary foods (my weakness), which I'm no longer able to consume without a nasty reaction.

Well luckily, I recovered after a month or so and I noticed my face was distorted or disfigured in some way, (as you can see from the photo) probably due to the trauma of the pain etc...

My brother recommended going onto YouTube and watching some face yoga exercises to strengthen my facial muscles and realign my features?

I was intrigued and went along with the advice and practiced for a few months from various face yoga experts, like Daniel Collins and Fumiko Takatsu and a few others.

Well! I was so happy with results and wanted to learn more which lead me to gain a Diploma in Face Yoga with Breathwork, Face Massage, Lymphatic Drainage and Mindfulness.

Three and a half years later, age 54, my skin is looking great and slowly but surely, my face is looking more and more realigned. 

This is not something that will happen over night, but I promise you, with consistency, you can achieve stronger muscle tone, a more flawless softer complexion and find better ways to become a less stressed version of yourself!
