This bespoke masterclass teaches you the importance of nutrition for the skin, giving you deeper insight into how to care for your body on the inside, to better improve your outer protective barrier, our skin.

This lesson is all about the skin, inside and out, what do I mean by this? Let me explain. If you eat unhealthy foods on a regular basis, like overly processed food, fizzy drinks, lots of caffeine, alcohol, chocolate, sweets and cakes etc… All of this will eventually show up in your skin.

That’s where I come in, I can teach you about the right nutrients and healthy lifestyle routines essential for your skin and well-being, encouraging that beautiful healthy glow, you have been craving.

I will dedicate 2 hours teaching you the importance of healthy food for your skin & skincare tailored specifically for your skin type, to help you to achieve a beautiful canvas for you to get the best results from your makeup and help you develop the perfect makeup routine that is unique to you.

This class is tailored to each individual to help broaden your knowledge to get the best out of the products you use at home (or you may be a complete novice, but would like to explore the world of makeup) and share tips and techniques that professional makeup artists use today!

On the day, once we have established your nutrition and skincare needs, we will go through your makeup (if you have any) and establish what makeup does and doesn’t work for you. I will help you to discover a new look or explore makeup you may already have (but have no idea how to use it). I will also advise you on makeup that you could benefit from, enhancing, but not masking the natural beautiful you, while still maintaining your individuality.

This can be carried out in a warm friendly environment in Hampton Hill, or a venue of your choice.
